Epic is one of our own products: a business website that answers for the business. It shows what the business offers, answers questions and takes inquiries, all on its own website and with an assistant included.
The problem it solves
The owner of a small business (a restaurant, a beauty salon, a clinic, a repair shop) answers the same questions all day from their phone, and often has no website of their own to show their menu, services or hours. Hiring a website plus someone to answer is expensive and slow.
How we solved it
Epic builds the business website with its information in minutes and shows it before charging: “see it first, then decide”. The website comes with its catalog or services and an assistant that answers with the business’s information, and takes inquiries and appointment requests. On the Pro plan it also takes orders, charges online and keeps track of customers.
The owner edits texts, photos and colors from a dashboard, and the website is also published in English. There are pages designed for each industry: restaurants, beauty, clinics, repair shops, real estate and more.
Where it comes from
Epic started as a platform to build AI agents with defined flows. With it we built the agents for Creditice and for the insurance brokerage. Working with small businesses we learned they don’t buy “AI”: they buy a business that looks good and answers on its own. That is why Epic is now the full website, and the assistant is how it answers.
Why it matters
Building this isn’t asking an AI for code. It’s designing a product a business owner understands from their phone, adding an assistant that answers with what the business really offers, and running it in production. That’s the kind of problem we solve for our clients.
